After you have received your delivery and begin enjoying the great taste of Kepwel Natural Spring Water we would kindly request that you to give us a call when you put your LAST FULL BOTTLE on your cooler. This is very important and will ensure that you don't run out of water before we can make a delivery.

You can call 1-888-811-1919 anytime day or night 7 days a week and if it is not during our normal working hours please leave a message with your name, account number, phone number and your order information.

After the 2nd or 3rd delivery we can assess how fast you are drinking your Kepwel Spring Water and suggest a normal delivery schedule. (Recommended) Please remember that after your initial delivery of 4 Bottles we have a Minimum Delivery of 3 Bottles and that you are welcome to be on a 2 Week, Monthly or Bi-Monthly delivery schedule as long as you agree to take delivery of 3 or more bottles.
